I realized that I have not yet shared a before and after during picture on my blog yet so here it is. I call it my before and during picture because I still need to lose about 35 more pounds and after I lose those 35 lbs. I will set another challenge for myself, something else to work on. The moment you are satisfied with what you have is the moment you will fail so keep striving to improve yourself weather it is weight related or any other personal goal.
The woman on the pictures to the left was insecure, doubted her abilities, had a very low self esteem. The woman on the right is confident, knows her abilities and wants to push her body like it has never been pushed before in her 40 years of existence.
Hard work pays off, get up and get started don't wait!
