Ingredients
16 oz of greek yogurt
1 cucumber (peeled, seeded and grated as seen in picture)
3 cloves of minced garlic
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dill (dry)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place the grated cucumber in a cheesecloth or paper towel and squeeze out all the extra water, combine all the ingredients until well blended and voila! you have made a healthy delicious sauce that you will love.
