Today's workout was a 3 mile run in preparation to my 4th 5K on Saturday. I'm looking forward to beating my 32.02 minutes from my last race. My next goal is to do a 1/2 Marathon, not sure when but it will be this year for sure.
Always challenge yourself, it keeps it fresh and keeps you working for that next goal. When it comes to fitness, there will always be a new goal you can set for yourself. :0)
