The plan is to change things around by increasing my cardio and adding weight lifting to my routine. One very important key for me is changing things around to keep myself motivated and to challenge my body. I don’t want my body to fall in a routine where it knows what to expect, no way, I want my body to do double takes every time I work. The Challenge
So I have been able to maintain my current weight for about 6 months already which is great, I feel good and I am in the best shape of my life however, I still have a long way to go. Yesterday marked the beginning of “Mission Slim-Possible”, a weight loss contest at work. I thought this would be the best way to push myself to get the rest of this weight off and so it begins. I need to lose 35lbs. because I still fall under the obese category and my body fat is still well above where it should be so I have some work to do. The challenge comes with an incentive of winning a $150 gift card so lets see how it goes.
