Apple Chips


OK so I am always seeking healthy recipes for my husband and kids that they can truly enjoy and I came across these apple chips a while ago and have been meaning to make them.  Soooo I finally took the plunge and made them, the cooking time is over two hours but the preparation time is about 5 minutes.  I will tell you that they were worth the wait and they were a hit.  I have made them twice and have lasted all but an hour, they go fast, very fast.   

Ingredients

3 Apples very thinly sliced
cinnamon and brown sugar to taste
non-stick spray

Heat oven to 200 degrees.  Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and lay the apples, you will need two cookie sheets depending on their size.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and a small amount of the brown sugar.  Bake for one hour, turn them over and bake for an additional hour.  When you take them out place them in a plate and let them cool.
