What you see is what you get

This picture depicts exactly what I mean when I say A Skinny State of Mind, it is when that switch is turned in your head, the one that convinces you that there is absolutely nothing that can stop you from reaching your goal, the one that puts excuses aside and understands that the road will not be easy, that there will be days when you will want to give up, but you won’t, you will keep going and you will fight for your life as you have never fought before, you will challenge yourself and most importantly you will never give up on yourself.  The decision to change your life begins with that switch being turned on, the rest is
