So you think you start going to the gym and the weight just drops like flies, or you start eating healthy and voila!!! Well so did I when I first started this journey and when I lost all that weight at the beginning until I was faced with plateaus, high sugar and low sugar levels, back injury well you get the picture. Unfortunately that road is not a straight path to success, it a very windy road with a many detours.
However, what makes it possible is that no matter what the obstacles are you are still triumphant with every step you take, with every weight you lift, with every piece of spinach that you consume.
This is a never ending war therefore, no matter how many battles you win you will have to continue to fight. So why do it to begin with right? Well, because you better believe it’s worth every struggle, because I would prefer to wake up at 5:30 am to go to the gym than laying in a hospital bed with a missing limb due to my diabetes.
I know it’s not easy, I have plenty of bad days but I guarantee you it is worth it so get moving, I promise you won’t regret it.
