Morning Workouts are The Best


Good morning all, 

So yesterday I didn't get up to go to the gym because I went to bed too late the night prior and just could not get up or rather would not get up so I told myself I would go at night.  However, my daughter got sick and I had to take her to the after hours doctor and did not get home until around 10:30. This morning I got my behind to the gym bright and early and with determination.

I began my workout with a one mile run (my time was very slow) followed by a great upper body workout and I am feeling fantastic.  

Getting that blood flowing early in the morning does wonders for my day, it gets me in a good mood, helps regulate my blood sugar and gives me that boost of energy I need to get through this Thursday.  I hope you are encouraged and even if you did not go this morning, you still have this evening to get moving.  Happy Thursday all!!
