I had the perfect afternoon, the kids are enjoying our new workout routines, we are trying new things and they are participating.  I love that they are getting their heart rates up and burning some calories and hope when they get older they will continue to live a healthy lifestyle. 

The only way to stop obesity, diabetes and all the other health risks associated with an unhealthy lifestyle is to teach our kids young so that they can make better choices while they are young, it is the best legacy to leave them.
