Baked Tilapia


I love to make this recipe, it is my go to recipe when I need something quick to make for dinner and it is very good.  Tilapia is high in protein and has all the essential amino acids your body requires to build proteins, it is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids and it is low in fat and calorie, what else can you possible ask for.  

This recipe is pretty much whatever you want to make it, use your favorite spices and make it your own.  Here is what I use:

1 ½ lbs of Tilapia fillets
1 tsp each of
Black pepper
Tumeric
Cajun Seasoning
Oregano
Sea Salt
Paprika
Cumin
Ground Mustard
2 Tbsp. of olive oil

Heat oven to 350 Degrees

Rub the fillets with the olive oil on both sides, you can mix the spices together or add individually whichever you prefer and pat them into the fish.  Bake for 25 minutes on and remove from cooking pan or else it will overcook.
