WOD (Workout of The Day)



Today's workout with my Dukes consisted of a total of 12 laps around the track but in between each lap we had to draw a playing card and do the exercise that corresponds to whatever card we got.  This is how mine went:





Lap 1
10 Burpees
Lap 2
10 Pushups
Lap 3
10 Lunges
Lap 4
10 Pushups
Lap 5
20 Burpees
Lap 6
5 Jump Squats 
Lap 7
5 Pushups
Lap 8
5 Jump Squats
Lap 9
5 Lunges
Lap 10
5 Jump Squats
Lap 11
5 Pushups
Lap 12

Total distance = 3 Miles
Total reps = 80
Total Calories burned = 650

Now stop reading and go do it!!
