Breakfast Ideas



Today's breakfast was a total of 319 delicious calories, two egg whites, lots of spinach, 2 slices of turkey bacon, one slice of whole wheat bread, 1/2 of a very ripe banana and a drizzle of honey.  The 319 calories include coffee with cocoa special dark powder and almond milk.  I have 881 calories left for the day so I need to spend them wisely.  Happy Sunday!
